Me and my mom had a good time here the food was so good we literally went back the next day because we

Had some work in the area and this pizza place has been on my radar for a few weeks to try out. Decided to do a lunch since the proximity was too good to be true. We ordered a large pepperoni and some garlic knots. The pizza tasted great and the garlic knots were amazing! The pizza was crisp and the sauce was light and flavorful (not a heavy acid aftertaste). The service was great and it didn’t take too long to make our pizza. We sat outside to enjoy the day and it’s a nice little strip mall tucked away in the middle of a neighborhood. We were so full from the pizza that we didn’t get to try the desserts, but we were told they’re not bad so next time we’ll have to leave a little room to try out the desserts. Overall, this is a great pizza spot and it’s nice to see little places like this pop-up and have such an amazing quality of food.

Super delicious pizza! Service is fast very professional and kind! We order the lunch special which included two slices and a drink! The thin crust was to die for!! The place does has access for wheelchairs and it has a clean restroom and space overall - it is a fast food place so if you are in a hurry like us today but still want a quality pizza then this is the place for you!

I finally made it out to local pie, and I usually don’t review spots if I don’t have anything nice or good to say, reading some of these reviews goes to show that not all people are food critics. As a born and bred New Yorker from the pizza capital of the world Brooklyn, this spot is as close as you can get and made by a really good dude who making a GREAT pizza. Perfectly cooked, no FLOP and great dough and cheese. If you can make a great cheese pizzas without the toppings and really show your craft with the sauce and dough, that’s when you can tell that you are a good pizza man. I visited another local joint that was not good at all and will not leave a review and will not go back unless it’s the only joint I town. Eric is making pizza with love for his craft! Review given by a Brooklyn born dude who’s worked in pizza since I was 13 years old and my 51 now! Found my new pizza shop!

I've been searching for a go to pizza place since moving to Kendall two years ago. I've tried most of them and LOCAL PIE is the best, by far. Classic NY style with crispy and flavorful crust. Great toppings, special pies and salads. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

First time here. This pizza is DELICIOUS!!!! going back and telling everyone about it. Owner is super cool as well!!! My kids LOVED it as well!!! 6 people are very well for less than 80!!!!!

We happened to stumble on this place, it was raining and I was craving some pizza. So we googled what was nearby, and this was a delicious surprise! Originally ordered to go with the intention of just maybe having a slice, before heading home but we ended up finishing the whole pie! We ordered the “Miami basic b” and there’s nothing basic about this pie. There’s a light spice that makes the marinara so flavorful, and the crust had the perfect crunch to cure the rainy blues away! This is definitely a place I’ll be ordering from much more. The service was also great, everyone was super nice and quick to help out. All I can say is get ready to head to flavor town this will be your new favorite Miami pizza spot!

Local Pie is one of those spots that immediately gives you that “hidden gem” feeling. Tucked into a small location, it has a cozy, laid-back vibe that feels more like hanging out at a neighborhood hangout than your typical pizza joint. When my wife and I stopped in, we noticed right away how everyone seemed to know each other—lots of friendly faces, casual conversation, and a really welcoming atmosphere. It’s technically more of a takeout place, but there are a few tables if you want to dine in. It’s not full service, which I actually prefer, but just something to keep in mind if you’re expecting traditional table service. Even though we went on a Friday, we didn’t have to wait long at all. We ordered, and before the food was ready, a table opened up—worked out perfectly. Now for the food. We ordered a large cheese pizza and a 6-pack of garlic rolls. The pizza? Solid. It’s that crispy, thin style—if you’re into that, you’ll be into this. The crust was spot on with great texture and a nice cook. Personally, I wish it had just a bit more cheese, so next time I’ll either ask for extra or go with one of their house specialty pies. It’s definitely more in the lane of places like Miami Slice or Mister O1—this isn’t your typical corner pizza spot. The garlic rolls were a highlight. Super fresh, and the garlic sauce they come with is next level. If you’ve ever had the garlic sauce from Flanigan’s, imagine that but better—more depth, more flavor, and it complements the rolls perfectly. If you’re into thin, crispy pies and a neighborhood vibe that feels genuinely local, Local Pie is 100% worth a visit. Grab a pizza, maybe some garlic rolls, and enjoy the chill energy. Just keep in mind the space is limited, but if our Friday night visit was any indication, the timing might work out just right.
